Anuj has over 20 years’ experience leading an entrepreneurial, high growth business. He is skilled at navigating through changing market conditions, and motivating people to achieve their best. Outside of family and business, Anuj is passionate about empowering people, and dedicates his time to initiatives that support entrepreneurship, education and the environment.

Brian is a transformative business leader, investor, advisor, and operational executive with experience that crosses many industries and disciplines. In his experience leading organizations as an executive, an intrapreneur, and an entrepreneur he has helped scale some of the world’s most successful technology companies, built start-ups and grown a platform company through both organic and inorganic acquisitions. Brian’s insights into disruptive technology as well as his understanding of the world’s changing business models, are heavily leveraged in his vision for strategic decision making in the M&A growth of Avnan and Avnan Capital.

Allan is responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence expanding Avnan’s overall value offering to our Customers. As part of his role, Allan leads Sales and Marketing, Engineering and Operations. Allan has over 30 years of experience in the high tech industry serving in a variety of engineering and operational leadership roles. Allan is the proud father of three children, enjoys a variety of challenging fitness activities, team sports and when not spending time with family, continues to study Mandarin.
