2023 AHR Expo – It’s a Wrap! (and not the Burrito Kind)
That’s all folks the end of the 2023 AHR Show. Four days of pure fun at the 2023 AHR Expo that started with half of our team heading to Atlanta for the set-up. After the shutdown of all social events due to the pandemic, we were excited to connect with new people face-to-face once again.
The 2023 AHR show was huge! There were some impressive displays and structures that for some, took two days to build. The organizers did a tremendous job with the logistics of managing the hundreds of exhibitors setting up over the two days prior to the show opening day.
We had a good number of people at the show including 3 of our executives, Anuj Jain (CEO), Allan Read (COO) and Brian Church (CDO); our engineer, Ian Xu and our sales team, Paul Chamourian, Mukesh Ramchandani and Nilson Molina. The team brought various perspectives and expertise to help answer questions from potential clients on the custom design of electronics controls, global manufacturing and supply chain logistics.
Avnan’s booth was located at the Building Automation and Controls section in Exhibit Hall C where many prominent companies from the industry gathered. Though we did not have the high tech presentation that other seasoned exhibitors had, we did manage to engage a number of people in a pop quiz to challenge their HVAC IQ. Entrants had a chance to win one of three $50 Best Buy gift cards. Find out who won the gift cards here. The most eager of the bunch were, of course, the engineering students.
In sum, our participation was well worth the effort. The event was a valuable opportunity to engage in conversations in real-time and in-person. We learned a lot about other companies, about the direction of the industry and the opportunities that lie ahead for us.
To all of the visitors and guests who came by our booth – thanks for coming by! See you next year!
